    Frequently Asked Questions

    what is your rucksack made from?

    Our rucksack fabric is certified 100% Recycled 600D Polyester. There are metal elements for the zips that we do not currently have access to a lot of sourcing information on. We are working with our suppliers to get this information and update our sustainability information as we can.

    is this product made in britain?

    No, while we are of course looking to work with British manufacturers, this product is made in China. Currently our only product that isn't made in the UK. We will be watching this closely and look to update to a British made product if we can find one. 

    How long will it be until my order arrives?

    All orders are shipped the next day and will arrive within 3-5 business days. We will place your blanket lovingly into a recycled cardboard box, throw in some information about your blanket and get it on it's way as soon as we can. 

    How do I look after my rucksack?

    We want you to have so much fun out on adventures with your rucksack so we do offer a lifetime free repair service. However to make sure you don't have to send it back to us too soon we have created a wonderful guide on how to maintain your products.
