Which is why we are offering free lifetime repair on our blankets.

We realised that encouraging our customers to get out and adventure with our blankets meant that there will likely be some mishaps along the way. We felt a duty to ensure that we help you live life to the full and keep your blanket safe.

So how does it work?

How to get your repair

Step 1

Send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and 'REPAIR' in the subject line. Then attach a picture of the tear and a brief description

Step 2

One of our (very small) team will reach out to you to let you know where to send it, what we plan to do and when you can expect it back

Step 3

We take your blanket to a lovely shop in Falmouth called Olde Rope where we borrow their sewing machines to patch your blanket with some spare material (we will try to match but it's a free repair so we hope you're ok with a unique, one of a kind blanket when it's returned)

Step 4

Pop us another email to let us know it's been received and we will happily receive a photo of you smiling at our amazing repair. Or of course frowning if Mark has tried a fancy technique and it needs redoing!

Like a lot of things in life this will be slow.

We are a small team working part-time on our passion project. We are offering free repairs because it's the right thing to do not because we have a repair shop ready to go. One day we will and the process will be quicker and easier. For now, we hope this is enough and allows you to be excited and free on your adventures with your blanket!
