Who are cornish & cosy?

A local, Cornwall based lifestyle brand making the world a better place

Inspired by Cornwall

We love where we live and our designs are uniquely Cornish. The ‘Ocean’ based on our beautiful coast and ‘Saffron’, a traditional spice used in baking.

Made in Britain

Our blankets are made in a traditional British mill in Yorkshire. Our partners use generations of experience to produce the highest quality merino wool products.

Sustainability as Standard

Both ourselves and our suppliers have sustainability built into our operations and are committed to low impact products and processes.

Luxury Coastal Blankets For Home Or Adventures

This is ‘The Ocean’ a beautiful aqua colour inspired by the waters of the Cornish coast. It reminds us of places like Chapel Porth and Trewavas Head where the sea is so blue it could be mistaken for the Caribbean on a sunny day!

100% Certified Merino Wool

Our merino wool comes from a certified source, maintaining the highest welfare standards and sustainable best practices.

Durable & Adventure Ready

Our blankets are very resilient and work brilliantly as a beach blanket, post-water wrap up or as an extra layer in a tent or van.

Odour Repellent

Merino’s natural fibres allow odours to simply pass through. No need to wash this blanket but if you do want to, it will be fine in the machine.

Temperature Control

The all-natural merino wool wicks away sweat, just like performance sports clothes and keeps you warm as you would expect from wool.

About Mark

Mark is a Cornwall based entrepreneur and sustainability expert. He is an advisor to the United Nations Global Compact and has worked extensively in the community. His favourite outdoor pursuits are sea swimming, coastal path walking and he is currently converting a van into a weekend camper

About Rebecca

Becca is Cornish born and bred with a background and career in psychology and mental health. She can be found swimming, surfing or horse riding – or taking her dog Ember for coast path wonders

Our Commitments To Our Customers

This is ‘The Saffron’ a beautiful salmon colour that is actually named after a baking ingredient used throughout Cornwall. If you’ve not tried a Saffron Bun then you are missing out!
